At ServeAble, we are committed to providing a high-quality service and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day, no-obligation free trial for all our subscription plans, allowing schools to fully evaluate our platform before committing.
Monthly Subscriptions
We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. You will not be billed for the following month.
Annual Subscriptions
If you are on an annual plan, you may request a refund within the first 30 days of your subscription's start date. Refunds will be issued on a prorated basis for the unused portion of the term, minus any processing fees. No refunds are available for annual subscriptions after this initial 30-day period.
